Prime Nursing Care – Land | Sea | Air ® was founded in 2004 by Franziska Hollenstein, a competent and accomplished flight nurse, who has flown over 2500 missions.

 

She has proudly been providing professional medical care and supportive assistance during transport of patients around the globe for almost two decades.

 

With the growth of Prime Nursing Care – Land | Sea | Air ® and the expertise of our compassionate, dedicated and multicultural staff, we have been successfully repatriating a wide variety of patients from all continents.

Our experienced and professional staff has what it takes:

Patience, kindness and efficiency during even most challenging flights or remotest destination. Well educated and trained in Flight Physiology, Critical Care, ACLS (Adult Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention offer the vast qualities required for an optimal repatriation.

Able to maintain physical, mental, and emotional well-being reduce possible stressors of a mission for everyone involved. With our signature Bedside to Bedside Medical Escort Service we are with you every step of the way to ensure the safe arrival of your patient, family member or dearest friend.

Prime Nursing Care – Land | Sea | Air ^® is based in Steinhausen, Switzerland and Hollywood, Florida, USA. Our staff is from different countries, is culturally sensitive and speaks at least one second language: Dutch, English, French, Greek, German, Hindi, Italian, Malayalam, Polish, Spanish and Tagalog. If the spoken language of a patient or family is not listed here, we will find a translator. The goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and provide safety. Our positive and enthusiastic team is up to date with all required continuous education and trained in Non-Violent Crisis intervention within one year of being hired.
